We believe that the most tangible benefit of an insurance policy is the service received when a claim or potential claim is notified.
We operate a comprehensive in-house claims handling service. Our claims department is headed up by James O'Connor and our aim is to adopt a pro-active approach to claims handling, whilst providing a personal, professional and efficient service to all our clients.
We build strong relationships with our clients, offering them bespoke professional advice and guidance in order to promote a sound understanding of the issues arising. Likewise, we develop strong relationships with the various Underwriters we deal with so that we can represent our clients' interests appropriately.
Our claims handling service ensures that our clients' notifications of claims and potential claims are effectively managed from first notification through to final resolution and/or settlement.
