We operate a complimentary in-house claims handling service.  Our claims department is headed up by James O'Connor and our aim is to adopt a proactive approach to claims handling, whilst providing a personal, professional and efficient service to all our clients.

We build strong relationships with our clients, offering them bespoke professional advice and guidance in order to promote a sound understanding of the issues arising.  Likewise, we develop strong relationships with the various Underwriters we deal with so that we can represent our clients appropriately.

Our claims handling service ensures that our clients' valid claims and potential claims are effectively managed from first notification through to final settlement.
